Dr. Grados graduated from the NYU College of Dentistry in 2014 with honors in endodontics. While in college, he studied in an advanced program that gave him access to more complicated training techniques to help make him a more capable dentist. He also used his skills as a volunteer throughout his time in college, taking mission trips to northern Maine and to the Dominican Republic to provide free dental care to those in need.
With a B.S. in Biochemistry from Sonoma State University, Dr. Navarrete combines his scientific expertise with a modern, conservative approach to dentistry. He is committed to creating a relaxed and caring environment where patients feel like family, embracing a philosophy that prioritizes gentle and compassionate care. He graduated from the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry of USC, where his passion for community outreach played a significant role in shaping his approach to patient care.

Dr. Shehadeh’s lifelong passion for health and creativity led her to a career in dentistry, with a focus on children and easing dental fears. A graduate of the University of the Pacific, she gained extensive experience treating diverse patients during her residency and volunteer work in NYC and Jamaica. Outside work, she enjoys art, gardening, hiking, and exploring Sebastopol with her family.
Connie is a team player with lots of experience that she is always willing to share, she just celebrated 19 years at Oak Tree Dental in 2024! Connie is always lending a hand all around the office, checking in with Doctor’s patients in between her own patients and helping up front scheduling patients when needed. She has built lasting relationships with patients that have been here at Oak Tree Dental throughout her journey!
Karla brings a joyful energy to our office, her laughter can be heard throughout the day, brightening everyone’s spirits. She has a natural ability to help patients feel comfortable, especially those who may experience dental anxiety. Karla is bilingual in both English and Spanish! Her dental journey began at the front desk at her first office, and with hard work and dedication, went to school to become a Registered Dental Assistant and then to become your Registered Dental Hygienist!
Andrea is our lead RDA in the office! Andrea is always in a good mood and radiates positivity throughout the office. Her infectious energy, paired with her efficiency, makes her an essential part of our team. Andrea always walks in with a hilarious new story about her weekend adventures that we look forward to hearing about! Andrea always makes sure to guide our patients through their appointments so it’s quick and efficient. We think she might be a mind reader, always knowing exactly what instrument our Doctor’s will need next! Andrea’s diverse skill set allows her to connect with a wide range of patients, ensuring they receive the best care possible.
Madison is another RDA at our office and she has proven to be a dedicated assistant that really understands the importance of her role. Madi ensures every patient feels like family with her calming demeanor. Her priority is patient comfort, and she’s always ready to answer questions and provide reassurance. Outside of the office, you’ll often find Madi enjoying nature by the river, but at work, her focus is always on making sure her patients have a seamless and pleasant experience.
Carrie-Anne is our newest RDA on the team! Carrie-Anne is from Iowa and came to CA to study at the SRJC for her RDA! She is very detail oriented and is always keeping a close eye on the schedule, Carrie-Anne makes sure our back office staff is always ready for the next patient! She is always willing to learn new skills, most recently she has been learning how to schedule patients up front! Carrie-Anne loves to bake and bring us goodies to try out as she learns new recipes!
Mellie is our multi talented front desk administrator, dental assistant and social media coordinator! She is a really big help around the office working both front desk helping patients check out and scheduling treatment, as well as helping in the back assisting the doctors with their patients. She is always able to make us laugh with her never ending movies and show references. She’s so creative and has made us some great content for our social media pages! She is fluent in Spanish and is on track to get her RDA soon!
Monique is the first smiling face you’ll meet as you enter our office! Always cheerful and informative, Monique’s personality can be heard through the phone as well! She is cool, calm and collected and an essential part of our team who is the point of contact for scheduling treatment, contacting your insurance on your behalf and always in your corner as your advocate! She has extensive knowledge on the Doctor’s procedures and is always happy to answer any pending questions you might have before and even after your visit! Monique speaks Spanish and is a crystal enthusiast, she has a whole collection of her favorite crystals!
